Setup Instructions:

1. Select LocalOTA as a channel within OwnerRez.
2. Find your "Connection ID" for our channel. This generally starts with "ora".
3. Log in to app.localota.com and go to Settings -> Connected Software -> Channel Manager.
4. Select OwnerRez in the drop down box and then enter your OwnerRez "Connection ID" in the box provided.

That's it! Our system will automatically import all of your property data as well as taxes and fees. This process can take a few hours if you have multiple properties, so please be patient.

Once the import is complete, please finish any remaining tasks in the LocalOTA setup checklist and then activate your business!
